Mette has 18 years of working experiences holding positions at many levels. Among others, she worked in a major Danish organization, where she held a head position, managed employees, budget and established goals and visions. Mette led the department successfully through major changes, challenges and growth. The dynamics, the culture and the working relationships at any work place have always had Mette’s special interest and focus.

Mette Charis Buchman holds a M.A. in both Film and Media Studies and in Information Science, and has further more taken a number of classes in business organization, self-development, teambuilding, and leadership.
