larry faceAs the President of Next Level Achievement, Larry provides Leadership Development Programs and Coaching to current and emerging leaders that helps them inspire their teams to achieve a common vision, whether that vision is to create profitable business growth, or to meet the needs of the people they serve as a nonprofit organization. In addition to his work with Next Level Achievement, Larry is a Chairman for The Executive Committee, also known as TEC. The Executive Committee is an International organization with over 13,000 members that brings CEOs and business owners together in peer groups around the world, to share ideas and their experience in order to improve and expand their businesses. A few of the leadership teams and organizations that Larry has worked with include: the State of Florida, the Sarasota County Economic Development Corporation, USA Carriers, Universal Timber Structures, Amway/Quickstar, E-Trade, Polk Community College, Cyberwize, Floors by Design, Ambient Air, Fantech, Eslinger Homes, Kitchens Direct, TechHouse, Sarasota Architectural Salvage, Baskerville-Donovan Inc., Integrity Wealth Management, Forest Products, and The James Brothers Real Estate Team. Before starting Next Level Achievement, Larry was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young - and prior to that he was the President of Face to Face Solutions in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Larry is active in his community with leadership roles in The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Girls Inc., and by presenting Leadership Workshops for the Sarasota Young Professionals Group, the Leadership Sarasota Program, and the Nonprofit Resource Center who named him the 2006 Trainer of the Year.
