Doug is a lifelong educator (Cognitive Psychology and Management) and small business consultant. He teaches I/O Psychology and MBA Management Courses. As a consultant he features Strategic Planning, Dialogic Communication, Conflict Management, Meeting Facilitation, and “Transformational Leadership” in an era of constant rapid change. He has four sons and seven grandchildren in Florida and Pennsylvania, enjoys tennis, golf, and is a Beach Bocce Champion!”
