Donna K. Dunio brings a wealth of leadership experience in the both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Since relocating to Florida nine years ago, she has worked as Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and HR Consultant for her own company, Leadership Solutions. Prior to starting her own company, she was Senior Vice President for Nelson Publishing, Inc, in Nokomis. She also serves as Senior Director Resource Development for the Southwest Florida American Red Cross; a volunteer organization (staff is 96% volunteer and 4% employee).

In Northeastern Pennsylvania, where Donna resided prior to relocating to Sarasota, she served as the Executive Director of the United Churches of Northeastern Pennsylvania and as Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for CSI. She is a Summa cum Laude graduate of the University of Scranton with a triple major in Business, Communications and Health and Human Services. She is also a graduate of Leadership Pennsylvania, similar to a MBA. In addition she is a CAPT graduate and senior MBTI instructor and has her advanced certifications in Train the Trainer, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Skills/Diversity, Teambuilding, Employee Relations, Effective Communications, Customer Service and Performance Management.

Donna is an active volunteer serving on numerous local boards and committees and is a member of the Sarasota Coaching Alliance, SHRA, SHRM and AFP. She believes that nothing is more rewarding than helping individuals and organizations recognize and fulfill their true potential.

Donna and her husband Phil reside in Sarasota.
